  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
    No, you can place an order without registration. But we highly recommend that you register to take advantage of our offers and promotions that are exclusive to registered members.
  • How do I create an account?
    You can create your account by clicking on the account logo located in the top right hand side of the page. Fill out the form completely and click create when completed. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
  • How do I reset my password?
    Click on the log in image and select the forgot my password section. This should then instruct you on how to update your password
  • Orders & Payments
  • Do you provide order tracking information?
    Once you’ve placed your order, you will be sent a confirmation email immediately after your order has been successfully submitted. We will also send you a confirmation email providing tracking information once your order has shipped. If you don’t receive an email confirmation, check your ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ folder and it should be there.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    We allow 1 hour for you to contact us about any changes. We have a quick turn around on our orders, Unfortunalty if the order has been submitted and we have started working on it then it can’t be changed or cancelled.
  • Can I change the address that my order is shipped?
    We allow one hour after your order is submitted to make any changes to your order, if you require changing the address please be sure to contact us ASAP. If you contact us after the one hour window we can't guarantee that we will be able to change your details
  • Do I get an order confirmation?
    Yes. Once you’ve placed your order, an order confirmation message, which will contain your order details, will be emailed to you. If an email does not appear to have been received, please check your spam folder.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept PayPal, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro, Electron and American Express, Klarna, Clearpay and Laybuy
  • Can you change something on your order?
    Little box of delights works on a fast turn around so making amendments to your order will need to be reported asap. We do allow a 2-hour window for any amendments, which cannot always be guaranteed. Should you wish to make any amendments to your order such as product change, gift message, shipping details, cancellation or refund request these changes must be requested within the open window time. Please email us quoting your order number and full information on your change request and we will help you as affectively as we can.

  • Specific Dates
    If you would like to receive your order on a special day please let us know in the notes box when you place your order. Although we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date we will do our very best to make sure that it is as close to your chosen date as possible. We will also put a No Peeking!’ sticker on the box to make sure your gift isn’t opened early!
  • Will I have to pay customs duties?
    Any items shipped overseas and incurring any customs charges due to the price or nature of product will be payable by the customer
  • Dispatch Times
    When placing an order before 12 noon we aim to get your parcel dispatched the very same day. Please allow up to 2 working days (not including weekends) on personalised products, for us to dispatch your order. Where possible, we will dispatch your order the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to notify you. PERSONALISED PRODUCT ORDERS When ordering a personalised product/photo products please take into consideration that this will add on 2 working days to your order time on top of current delivery times.

    All UK Destinations - Delivery Times may vary depending on location Outside UK Shipping: We are currently shipping to Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Guernsey, Ireland, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, United States (we will gradually increase)
  • Returns & Refunds
  • Can I return a gift?
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
  • Can I get a Refund?
    Our refund policy is 30 days, if you have ordered more than 30 days unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. If you wish to refund/exchange your product before the 30 day cut off point, your item must be unused and in the original packaging and condition it was in when received. You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning your item. To complete your return, we require proof of your order confirmation to be emailed to us at enquirieslittleboxdelights@gmail.com once we have received this along with your item we will inspect the order and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If successful you will receive a refund within 3-5 days dependant on your payment option
  • How are refunds processed?
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund If you are approved then your refund will be issued using the payment method you used which will usually take 3-5 working days Sale items are unable to be refunded

  • Does purchasing a Build Your Own Box mean I have a subscription?
    You will not be subscribed to any of our subscription services. This is a one-off item and payment will only be taken from the account at checkout once and will not reoccur. If you are unsure about what items, you have ordered please contact info@littleboxofdelights.com
  • How to set up subscription?
    Our subscriptions work on a monthly invoice term. You will receive a monthly invoice which will require payment for you to receive that months subscription box. If you choose not to pay the invoice no subscription box will be sent.

    Discount codes can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, including our build your own box
