Autumn Has Arrived
Hey all my lovelies,
Autumn has officially arrived, the smell of toasting marshmallows, warm fires, cups of hot chocolate, cosy jumpers, leave crunching and pumpkin soup. Ooh it’s my favourite time of year.
I love all things autumn there’s no nicer feeling then arriving home from the office to a warm fire crackling in the sitting room, oversized cosy jumpers, pom pom socks and a cup of hot choccy topped with cream and marshmallows! Absolute Bliss
Woodland walks, Pumpkin fields and hayrides let the autumn begin, between all the fun of autumn it is important to provide yourself with some selfcare. Grab yourself a warm mug of hot chocolate and let us guide you on our essential’s autumn survival guide.
Now the craziness of the long hot summer days has come to an end and the nights are drawing in earlier we will be spending more of our evenings cosied up at home. Which means much need pamper time is on the cards, taking some selfcare time is essential for your mental health.
The cold air and high central heating can really start to have an impact on your skin, dedicate sometime to pop your favourite pj’s on or run and nice warm candle lit bath. Grab some masks, there are masks for everything now adays so you can have a full spa pamper all within the comfort of your own home. Pop a foot mask on keeps them feet feeling soft, a hair mask to repair them dead dry ends and of course a facemask to hydrate that skin to keep it looking fresh and bright through these colder months. I will also include a large glass of ice-cold water to sip though out my mini pamper session as this will also help with hydrating your skin.

A few other little ideas that could help you breeze through your autumn
. Enjoy some of the autumn light and take a stroll through the crispy autumn woodlands with a cup of something warm, this is good for your mental health and to help keep you fit through these colder sessions.
. As the days get darker earlier you may not get the chance to get any vitamin D from natural light sources, Vitamin D supplements can help to prove you with your daily dose.
. Start a new mind focus hobby, find something you enjoy and that helps to calm and relax you and switch your mind off. Knitting, Yoga or Meditating can help your mind unwind.
, Wrap up warm, lots of cosy knits, soft gloves, warm scarfs and travel mug filled with your favourite warm drink are all much needed essentials this autumn
. Switch of your device at a certain of the evening, no phone time is a really big part of my daily schedule. I have an amazing app called --- where I limited my time on each task and especially my time on my phone. It also gives you that much needed time with your family which will be beneficial to you all.
